Seasonal offerings. As well as our year round signature plants, we can offer special displays of appropriate seasonal plants to mark the festivals of the year. These include a selection of arrangements for all occasions from Valentine's day to Easter, exotic palms for summer, ornamental fruits and plants for autumn and decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, swags, etc, for the holiday season. |

Spring/Easter Pots of daffodils and other spring bulbs: hyacinth, tulip, crocus, lily of the valley (Convallaria), winter aconite (Eranthis), snowdrops (Galanthus), iris, grape hyacinth (muscari), Easter cactus, azalea. |

Summer Of course, palms come into their own during the summer season, reminding us of holidays to exotic locations and prolonging the pleasures of summer. Yuccas, too, create a tropical mood. If, however, your preference is for a more traditional, European summer, geraniums (pelargoniums) are the obvious choice. Choose scented pelargoniums for foliage and perfume, or traditional flowering pelargoniums for their bright, colourful, sunny flowers. Combine the two themes with yuccas or palms underplanted with pelargoniums, miniature roses, cactus gardens, chrysanthemums (late summer). |

Holiday season
We love Christmas trees and do not believe in overdressing
them with too many decorations. We simply like to enhance the natural beauty of the tree with a few
decorations such as the ones suggested below.
The type of tree used will depend on availability at the time. 1. green and red baubles with multicoloured lights. 2. gold baubles with white lights. 3. silver baubles with white lights. 4. red bows with white lights. 5. natural decorations, such as wood, cones, berries etc with white lights. Poinsettias, encircling a Christmas tree, bordering steps, or just intermingled with normal foliage plants. Christmas wreaths (natural materials), holly, ivy, mistletoe etc. |
